Shop Policies
All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
My shop's stained glass pieces are for INDOOR use only! Be mindful of the wind, rain, and other elements in your area.
Every house is different and it is hard for me to say what type of installation is going to work for yours. Install at your own risk! I am not responsible for how you handle or install your piece. Glass is heavy and fragile. I strongly suggest hanging it from installed hooks. If it is a corner piece, screw it in to place with screws. I DO NOT recommend hanging your piece with those suction cups! These are not reliable and often fail! I will include a basic care and installation instruction with each order.
The glass I use is artist glass. It will have bubbles, ripples, lines, swirls, indentations, other unique features and small imperfections. Every piece will be different. Each piece is individually handmade. Please embrace this before placing an order.
Stained Glass is traditionally made with products that do contain some lead. The use of lead in stained glass causes very minimal risk and is not harmful to handle. It is only harmful if ingested so don't eat it or lick it!! It is always good idea to wash your hands after handling as a precaution. The majority of my pieces are for decorative purposes only so should not be handled much at all. Do not use in your hair, food, handheld bouquets, anything that is handled daily, etc.
I do make some products with lead free solder. Those products will be clearly marked on their individual page.
Please read over the FAQ and Shipping sections for more information. Feel free to contact me if you have any problems with your order or have more questions.
DO NOT let children or pets play with your stained glass piece!! KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
